SAVOR CHEF’S CREATIONS AT OUR BOUTIQUE BED & BREAKFAST IN VICTORIA, BC
We welcome you to savour a distinctive assortment of chef’s creations at our boutique bed & breakfast hotel in Victoria, BC. Abigail’s offers a delicious three-course breakfast every morning from a menu that changes daily. The hotel does not have a full-service restaurant. Given the vast selection of high quality restaurants in Victoria, you’ll come to appreciate the various flavours and culinary treats that are all within short walking distance of the hotel. Whenever possible Abigail’s uses local and/or organically sourced product.
Abigail’s is famous for its dynamic three-course breakfasts. Our menu changes daily and is often flexible for those with specific dietary concerns. Breakfast service starts with a fresh baked good, followed by a fruit salad and an entrée. Daily features include a choice of either a “Light,” “Sweet,” or “Savoury” option with additional sides of a starch and protein. Abigail’s breakfast is included in your room rate.

EXECUTIVE CHEF
Originally from the Philippines, Chef Gerald Mayor found his culinary inspiration beginning with traditional Italian cuisine. Starting his apprenticeship in Manchester, England in 1996, Throughout his colorful career, he has worked in many countries with Carnival Cruise Lines, gaining a depth of experience throughout his travels. In 2008, Chef Mayor and his family moved to Canada and since settling in Victoria, we are fortunate to have his experience and creative mind in Abigail’s Kitchen!
These mouth watering bites begin as soon as guests enter their room and are treated to our homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cranberry Cookies:
1/2 lb Butter
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
2 Eggs
1/4 tbsp Vanilla
1 1/4 cups of Flour
1/4 tbsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
3 cups Oats
1 1/2 cups Raisins
1/2 cup dried Cranberries** you can substitue for any dried fruit you like though
