A variety of techniques and products are used to individualize our services. Robes and slippers are provided. We recommend to add a steam bath for $10 or an aromatherapy bath for $15 before any massage for total body relaxation.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure that all guests reap the full benefits of our spa services, please keep the following in mind:

ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service. A late start would shorten your spa experience.

RESPECT OTHER GUESTS
Our spa environment is one of escape and relaxation. Cell phones can be disruptive. We request that cell phones be turned off during your visit. Unless your child has a spa appointment, we respectfully request that you find alternative care for the duration of your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments, either a la carte, single services or packages, must be guaranteed with a credit card or pre-paid. In all cases, a full 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given otherwise you will be charged 50% of the services that were booked, or a forfeit 50% of the gift certificate's value. All no shows will result in a 100% charge.

All prices are quoted in Canadian funds and do not include taxes (or gratuities) and are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac.
