Join Chef Dan Hayes as he takes you on a short walk through the aroma's and tastes of North Africa, looking at the foods that have influenced Southern Eurpoean cooking for centuries, while you cook and eat 4 delicious North African dishes.

Moroccan Lamb Tagine (Lamb Stew), Fresh Cumin Seed Flatbread With Baba Ghanoush (blended Eggplant with spices and vegetables), Houmous And Algerian Chicken Kebabs.
This is a dinner event, all menu items are enjoyed throughout the evening and at a large communal table following the class.
