Spa Etiquette

To ensure that all of our guests receive the full benefits of our spa services, please be considerate of the following practices:

Arrive Early
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled service. Late starts may shorten your spa experience depending on the spa's schedule that day

Respect Other Guests
We try to ensure that our spa environment is one of escape and relaxation. As cell phones can be disruptive, we kindly request that they be turned off during your visit to our spa.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments, either a la carte, single services or packages, must be guaranteed with a credit card or pre-paid. In all cases, a full 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given otherwise you will be charged 50% of the services that were booked, or a forfeit 50% of the gift certificate's value. All no shows will result in a 100% charge.
