This recipe sounds fun! Thanks for sharing. I might try this over the weekend. If you get the chance, feel free to check out Vanatu Hotel in Australia at this site, http://vanuatuhotels.vu/. It is one great place to spend an island holiday.

Abigail's is a small, personalized place that really pay attention to details. Despite their size, they are able to offer a number of very nice services, including the breakfasts and 5pm hors d'oeuvres (there is a charge for breakfast, but it's worth it). There is free coffee and tea available at any hour if you decide to just grab a cup of coffee before heading somewhere else for breakfast. You can also get breakfast in bed for $10 more. Everyone in the hotel is very personable and helpful. They were quick to provide good suggestions for restaurants and attractions, and even had umbrellas for guest use (good for a rainy weekend). Perhaps the best thing, however, was that they offered us tickets to a performance of "The Strange Case of Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde," which was being held in a local castle. The event had been sold out for some time, but two tickets freed up just as we were arriving. We paid for the tickets and attended the performance that night along with the marketing manager and a number of other hotel guests. It was a great time. Another good point was that they were happy to arrange take-out or delivery from local restaurants. We were able to save some money and eat healthier by doing take-out and supermarket food for a couple of meals. The hotel staff allowed us to use their microwave and provided us with proper dishes and silverware (even linen napkins). The tipping policy is very good as well. Essentially you tip on your final room bill, and the tip is divided between the non-managerial staff. All in all, a great stay. Most recommendable.
